hi good evening my name is mark Stewart and i brought a ryobi model number is D45C i brought this drill in home depot on cropsey avenue brooklyn NY 11224 i brought it 7 months ago. i use this drill to do some soft work around the house. now i just plugged it in and it does not power on i was wondering how can i get this drill replaced or serviced. please email me at butter2@operamail.com

0 this should not be a hard problem. when i purchased this item from home depot they told me i had a 1 year warranty. i just want to know where to get this item serviced at. i use the drill around the house for small work. i do not think it is right for me to go and buy the same thing when i was told that there was a 1 year manufactured warranty. it is only right that the company let me send this item back for service or replace this item. this is not complicated in no way. this is just simply customer brought item and it need serviced. this is not complicated. i am not trying to be a wise guy i am just trying to get my item serviced. it is going on 2 weeks since i emailed you guys about the item and no one emailed me. if the president of this company brought an item and the item is not working and he or she brought it a few moths ago. he or she will want his item to be serviced to. so i know he or she will want the same for their customers.
