Question About Ryobi Grinder BGH625
GRINDER START UP VERY SLOW...

WHEN I TURN THE GRINDER ON IT KIND OF STALLS OUT THEN IT WILL START TO TURN BUT VERY SLOWLY. IT TAKES ABOUT A FULL MIN OR SO BEFORE IT GETS UP TO SPEED. IS IT THE STARTER OR THE MOTOR???
