upper pulley will n ot travel enough to tighten new blade, the top adjusting knob came off

0 Only reason I could think of is that the saw blade length is incorrect. I also replaced my saw blade with an Olson. You need to set the blade to run on the front part of the wheel on the 1/4" or less blade widths because the teeth set will cause the blade tracking to wander to the front of the saw table, since the teeth are turned outward in contact with the wheel.
