i have a ryobi ts1352 miter saw. In changing the blade (following the manual) all went well. Having a difficult time with the plate to which the upper and lower blade guard attach. I can get it into place and screw it in fine but seems like the little ratchet that operates the lower blade guard isn't functioning to lower (or raise) the guard.
