I have not used my saw for a few months and it won't fire up even though there is power to it Are there any fuses that need to be looked at

5 With the saw unplugged check the blade to see if it turns freely, use a pair of vise grips attached to the blade and try to work it free. If the blade is locked up the motor will hum when power is engaged. tapping on the motor with a quick blow but, not to hard will free stuck brushes in the motor. Good luck!
