5 The bolt to remove the blade on my Ryobi 10" Miter saw TS1354DXL will only go out so far and now is stuck from moving in, or out to change blade. The bolt in center of blade loosend easy but came out only about 90% and them froze in place. What am I doing wrong, or is there something wrong with saw.
