The tool less blade lever slides off the knob and doesn't turn the spring loaded action so I can't insert a blade.It does turn if I use a screwdriver but the lever doesn't turn it so it isn't locked up or anything. Could the knob be worn down? The lever looks new. Is this a design flaw that was later corrected? The saw runs great but I can't change the blade. Please help. Tom
