Question About Schumacher Battery Charger DY-1420
2 amp setting...

want to charge deep cycle at 2 amps but with the rocker switch #2 set on 2 amps the ampmeter is showing 18 amps. It is recommended that deep cycle batteries not be charged at greater than 10 amps and preferably 2 amps. Any thoughts? Thanks dave
