Question About Schumacher Battery Charger ECS15W
Bought new Model ECS15W shows 80 to 90% charged on...

Bought new Model ECS15W shows 80 to 90% charged on batteries much less charged than that and with in 10 minutes shows 100% charged and then goes in to maintain mode. After disconnecting charger a test on the battery shows a low state of charge.
