I have a problem with a 1000A charger I hooked it up to a generator and it instanly blew a fuse in the charger. Opened up the charger and relpaced the fuse. I plugged it in to regular AC power and blew the fuse again. I inspected the circut board and found an arc burn spot between two componets, a resister and a wafer capacitor. It looks like a mid-air arc between the components (ie. no burn on the board). I need a circuit diagram of the charger to diagnose the problem. Also, if I can't fix it I need the closest replacement Schumacher makes to replace the entire unit.
