I HAVE A SE-2158 CHARGER. HOW DO I DETERMINE IF THE SHORT STOP OR THE DIODES ARE BAD. I HAVE CHECKED VOLTAGE ON THE TRANSFORMER, 110V IN, 12V OUT. STILL WILL NOT COME ON.

0 NO THIS MANUAL DOESN'T HELP, NEED TO FIND A SERVICE MANUAL FOR THIS. I'M STILL LOOKING FOR ONE.
