Question About Schumacher Battery Charger SE-2158
No output from charger...

When I turn the charger on the fan runs, when I connect to battery the batt test/voltmeter (top meter) indicates good, however, it will not charge a battery. I found a gray box labeled "SHORTSTOP" inside and tested it for continuity with a Fluke 77 and it appears to be ok (>1ohm). Anything else I can test - or is there a common failure? TIA
