Question About Schumacher Battery Charger SE-1275A
SE-1275A Battery Charger...

I have a dead battery on my bike. Battery tester says it's a good battery and the charging system works. I put the charger on the battery and it went to green within 5 minutes but it flicks off for a secand and returns to green about every 10 seconds. I wonder what gives.
