I am trying to restore an old sears air compressor. All identifying information on the motor is gone. The power connection to the motor is gone. I would like a diagram showing the connections fo both 110 and 220 operation. The terminals are numbered 1,2,3,4 from the bottom to the top. There is a black wire on #2 and a white wire on #4. #1and #3 currently have nothing visable connected to them. any help would be appreciated.

0 Just looked at mine and the black wire coming from the pressure cut in/out (which ever it is) switch is on terminal one, and the white wire is attached to number four. With it wired that way its 120V and turns counter clockwise.
