charger begins charging car battery showing a medium low draw, but after 6+ hours the needle is all the way to the left at the lowest reading (all done at slow charge rate). It doesn't change when I wiggle cable connections to make sure contact is good. Is that how this model works -that it draws nothing when it is fully charged? And does it hurt the battery if I leave it on too long?
