Question About Sears Battery Charger 200.713121
won't charge...

No charge, appears dead. If you flip it to 6 volts, the full charge light is lite. Traced cables and line cord for opens, ok. Fliped all the switches, manual, auto, deep charge, start and no go. There is no fuse. Thanks
