0 i found the manual here.....but still can't get it to snap into place to hold the belt on :-(

0 I HAVE HAD MODEL 315.11701 FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS AND STILL DON'T KNOW EITHER. IT JUST SNAPS INTO PLACE AFTER KNOCKING IT AROUND. ALSO WOULD LIKE INFO
