he arbor on the 103.23834 is 1/2". I have found that most modern blades in the 7 1/4" to 8" size have an arbor hole of 5/8". I have been using my saw but the consistency of blade depth is really hard to achieve. You'll also find that running a blade with a large hole will cause a lot of vibration and is not the safest thing to do. The solution is 1/2" to 5/8" blade bushing available through just sawblades.com. Mine is ordered and I await its arrival!!!!
