Dear sir, i just a new skil 2887-B2 and i cant fin...

Dear sir, i just a new skil 2887-B2 and i cant find the manual and i cant figure it out how to open to put the drill bit. i tried to turn the hub in front that says.., release or grip.., it will not open . please..!!! explain. rocseer@yahoo.com
