How do you change from hammer mode to drill mode

0 To change modes, rotate the collar at the base of the chuck to the desired mode.  It is somewhat counter-intuitive.  One would think you would have to push the collar toward the drill in order to turn the collar, instead you have to pull the collar away from the body of the drill (toward the chuck).
