I'm having trouble installing the chuck onto the spindle on my new Skil #3320 drill press. It's stuck halfway. I think I can get it off with a wooden wedge, but not sure how to get the chuck to fully seat further up the taper. I tried a wood block and hammer. Thanks for any ideas!
