0 Use Skil super duty type A oil to lube this sander model......I believe it is still available from Skil....if not,I believe it is actually #90 hypoid oil....not sure of this.....also,occasionally drain the oil from the sander and flush it out with kerosene,then refill with oil......also keep the vents clear of sanding dust so that they cool the motor,they tend to clog up easily....one of the best sanders ever made,enjoy it...
