Blade burns the wood, very smoky, even put in bran...

Blade burns the wood, very smoky, even put in brand new Diabolo blade and smokes the wood when cutting. Does not cut the same when new. It is as if the blade is out of alignment or there is something rubbing. I use the diamond KO when installing new blade on the arbor.
