Question About Skil Saw HD77
worm saw won't run...

the saw simply won't run correctly. It could be low oil or someone told me that there are brushes on both sides of the handle. They have a plastic flat head screw you pull out attached to it is a metal spring and a plastic block. Do you haver to clean that area, and if so how do I go about doing so. Thanks for your time.
