I recieved this unit from a friend that is over seas and he didn't use it much. I have tried to charge batteries in it either one or two or four at a time and I have no idea what the solid red light means or the blinking red lights means or when there is no light on at all. Can someone clue me in as to what their meanings are? Jim B. jgbo@comcast.net
