Question About Sony Battery Charger None
sony digital camera son-09 battery charger kit...

tried to charge 2 separate lithium ion NP-BG1 batteries but unsuccessfuly. Charger "CHARGE" light stays illuminated at all times. Is Charger bad or the batteries?
