I hook up a battery according to the manual. The gauge reads all is OK and the hook up is OK. I press charge and internally on the charger it disconnects from the battery without charging the battery. The battery does not seem to charge at all with this unit. Is it faulty or am I missing something on the process. (I have repeated the directions at a relatives house to make sure my grounds were good. The same thing happened.
