I recieved this drill as a gift, and the charger/powerpack is defective. Im trying to find out if I can get one shipped to me, or where I can locate a supplier in my area. I live in west bend WI. 53095 Ive called the number on the owners manual but its no longer in service. I find it extremely frustrating that not only is that number no longer working, then I locate your site on the web. and you have no other contact info,( like a phone number) to find out the answers to my questions.
