I am working for Caltrans with Caltrans rotating laser lever Topcon RL-H. The level is out of 5mm toleranse based on checking procedure described in instrument's manual. But I am not able to adjust the beam because the instrument doesn't have adjusment screws eventhough the manual has a picture that shows them. How can I adjust the laser beam? If it is not possible through " do it yourself" procedure may I sent the level to be adjusted and checked to one of manufacturer's facilities?Please let me know what I can do because construction season is around a corner! Thank you!
