Question About Topcon Laser Level RL-H3C
I have a RL-H3C I had it for 10 years, it was work...

I have a RL-H3C I had it for 10 years, it was working fine last time it was used about 5 years ago. it has been in storage since. the batt were remove no corrosion. I install new batt and nothing is coming on. any ideas?
