0 I was given #0417274 from my children. It has paint coated in the tube and jar. They can't find the manual. I know it can' t be more than 2years old. I need instructions on what is the best way to clean it. It may be more economical for me to replace parts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, 66 year old Grandmother! :)
