Recovering Deleted Messages
To retrieve deleted messages, press *3. This option only applies to the
current Voice Mail session. If you end the call, the messages will be
permanently deleted.
Changing Your Password
To change your current password:
NOTE:If you forget your password, contact Customer Care.
IMPORTANT:
After exiting the Voice Mail session, you
cannotrecover deleted messages.

From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

Press 4 to access Personal Preferences.

Press 1 to modify password.

Enter your new password. This password must be all numbers. It must
be 4 to 7 digits long.

Press ** to return to the main menu.
IMPORTANT:
For security purposes, it is recommended that
you do notchoose sequential or repeated digits
like 1-2-3-4 or 5-5-5-5 for your password.
