FlexView with Adflo

System
The new FlexView system combines full eye and
face protection (for both welding and low light
weld preparation) with a slim, lightweight, powered
air purifying respirator. For chipping, grinding, or
preparation, the user simply lifts up the spring-
mounted Speedglas filter assembly. The spring
holds the auto-darkening filter securely on top of
the helmet, giving the welder a big clear view
through the clear polycarbonate faceshield.
The faceshield allows for precision grinding and
cleaning, the careful alignment of electrodes and
the inspection of newly-completed welds…all with
constant eye and face protection, even in dark
conditions.
The faceshield meets the ANSI Z87.1-2003
industrial eye and face protection standard, which
does not recommend “…filter or tinted filters that
restrict light transmittance…” when chipping or
grinding (American National Standard Z87.1-2003).*
