Cleaning
1. Keep the outside of the grinder clean by brushing grinding
dust and dirt away from all areas where the dust tends to
build up. Wear eye protection when brushing.
2. Wipe the guards and grinder with a soft damp cloth. A
mild detergent can also be used.
3. Wipe the eye shields with a soft damp cloth, making
sure not to scratch the surface. A mild detergent can also
be used.
Caution. Never use caustic agents, petrol based cleaners,
alcohol or any other cleaning agents. Do not wet down
the grinder.
General inspection
1. Regularly check that all the fixing screws are tight. They
may vibrate loose over time.
Repairs
1. If the supply cord needs replacing, the task must be
carried out by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's
agent, or an authorised service centre in order to avoid
a safety hazard.
