SECTION 3: INTRODUCTION
We are proud to offer the Grizzly Model
H4378/H4379 Slimline Bench Grinder. The Model
H4378/H4379 is part of a growing Grizzly family of
fine woodworking machinery. When used accord-
ing to the guidelines set forth in this manual, you
can expect years of trouble-free, enjoyable oper-
ation and proof of Grizzly’s commitment to cus-
tomer satisfaction.
The Model H4378 offers a

3 HP, 3450 RPM
motor and a 6" grinding wheel. The Model H4379
offers a
1
2 H.P., 3450 RPM motor and an 8" grind-
ing wheel.
A number of grinding wheels for the Model
H4378/H4379 are available through the Grizzly
catalog.
We are also pleased to provide this manual with
the Model H4378/H4379. It was written to guide
you through assembly, review safety considera-
tions, and cover general operating procedures.
