VIZIOprovidesawarrantytotheoriginalpurchaserofanewProductagainstdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearofnon-commercialusageandninety(90)daysof
commercialuse.IfaProductcoveredbythiswarrantyisdeterminedtobedefectivewithinthe

Parts and Labor
Therewillbenochargeforpartsorlabor duringthewarrantyperiod.Replacementpartsand
ProductsmaybeneworrecertiedatVIZIO’soptionandsolediscretion.Replacementpartsand
Productsarewarrantedfortheremainingportionoftheoriginalwarrantyorforninety(90)days
fromwarrantyserviceorreplacement,whicheverisgreater.
Type of Service
DefectiveProductsmustbesenttoaVIZIOservicecentertoobtainwarrantyservice.VIZIOisnot
responsiblefortransportationcoststotheservicecenter,butVIZIOwillcoverreturnshippingtothe
customer.PRE-AUTHORIZATIONISREQUIREDBEFORESENDINGANYPRODUCTTOAVIZIOSERVICE
CENTERFORWARRANTYSERVICE.
ProductreturnstoVIZIO’sservicecentersmustutilizeeithertheoriginalcartonboxandshipping
materialor packagingthataffords anequaldegreeof protection.VIZIOTechnicalSupport will
provideinstructionsforpackingandshippingthecoveredProducttotheVIZIOservicecenter.
Limitations and Exclusions
VIZIO’sone-yearlimitedwarrantyonlycoversdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship.Thiswarranty
doesnotcover,forexample:cosmeticdamage,normalwearandtear,improperoperation,improper
voltagesupply orpowersurges,signalissues,damagesfrom shipping,actsofGod,anytype
ofcustomermisuse,modicationsoradjustments,aswellasinstallationandset-upissuesor
anyrepairsattemptedbyanyoneotherthanbyaVIZIOauthorizedservicecenter.Productswith
unreadableorremovedserialnumbers,orrequiringroutinemaintenancearenotcovered.This
oneyearlimitedwarrantydoesnotcoverProductssold“ASIS”,“FACTORYRECERTIFIED”,orbya
non-authorizedreseller.
