Making a call
This section describes the methods you can use to make a call. You can
make a call from your Avaya 1200 Series IP Deskphone using one of the
following:

When an outgoing call fails to connect to the destination, one of the
following messages appears:
• Declined, Temporarily unavailable
• Declined, Cannot find user
• Declined, User has declined call
