1. Pivotfootplatesupwardtoverticalposition.

2. Withbothhands,graspthem iddleoftheseatupholsteryatthefrontandbackedgeandliftup.

3. Continuetoclosethewheelchairbygraspingthearmrestfurthestfromyouandpullingthe

armresttowardsyou.

Folding Solid-Seat Models

1. Swingfootrest/legrestinlockedpositiontothefrontofthewheelchair.

2. Pivotfootplatesupwardtoverticalposition.

3. Frombehindthewheelchair,grasptherighthandedgeofthesolidseat.

4. Raisetheseattothehingedside.

5. Withbothhands,graspthemiddleofthefrontandbackedgesofthesolid

foldingseatandliftupuntilthewheelchair

beginstoclose.

6. Continuetoclosethewheelchairbygraspingthearmrestfurthestfromyouandpullingthearmresttowardsyou.
