BEFORE USE
• This appliance runs on 6 AAA/LR3 batteries.
• Open the batteries housing by turning counterclockwise and by
raising the rubberized cover.
• Insert the batteries in such a way that the top of the batteries is
aligned with the symbol inside the housing.
• Slide out the trap door closing the pepper container, and fill the
transparent tank with coarse salt or peppercorn.
• Put the trap door back in place.
• To close the battery housing, put the rubberized cover back on
the appliance making the painted element on both parts
correspond, then turn it clockwise until it gets locked.
Note: the opening of the transparent container is narrow. We
recommend that you make a funnel using a paper sheet (Letter or
A4 folded in 2), so that the salt or peppercorns can fall directly into
the container.
USE
• Before seasoning your meals, you can adjust the fineness of the
ground salt and pepper by turning the adjustment wheel on the
underside of the mill.
• To do so, turn the wheel clockwise for a finer grind and
counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
• Hold the appliance above the meal to season and push the
button which is on top of the appliance. The 3 LED lights will
illuminate and offer a better visibility on the grinding process for a
more precise seasoning.
MAINTENANCE
Disassemble the different parts of the appliance and clean them
separately with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mill in liquid or put
it in a dishwasher. Do not use with wet hands. Do not use cleaning
products or detergents.
