water,tmmedictelyca, a quaitfledservicetechnician
toinspecttheapplianceandto replaceanypartofthe

1. STOP!Readthesafetyinformationaboveonthislabel.
2. Removeouterdoor.
3. Satthe thermostatto lowestsetting,by turning the
watertemperaturedialclockwise,(( _,)to itslowest
temperaturesetting(witharrowondial)asshown.DO
NOTFORCE.
4, Turngascontrolknobclockwise_) to"OFF"posi-
tion.Knobcannotbe turnedfrom"PILOT" to"OFF"
unlessknob is depressedslightly.DO NOT FORCE.

5. Waitfive(5) minutesto clearoutanygas.Ifyou than
smellgas,STOP!Follow"B" inthesafetyinformation
aboveonthislabel.If youdon'tsmellgas,go to the
nextstep.
6. Remove(or open)innerdoorlocatedbelowthe gas
controlunit.
7. Findpilot-followmetaltubefromgascontrol.Thepilot
islocatedIn frontoftheburner.

temperaturesetting(witharrowondial)as shown.DO
NOTFORCE,
2. Turngascontrolknobclockwise_') to "OFF"
position.Knobcannotbeturnedfrom"PILOT" to
"OFF" unlessknobis depressedslightly.DO NOT
FORCE.
3. Replaceouterdoor(ifremoved).
