Troubleshooting Guide

General low light intensity
· Dirty lens assembly · Clean the fixture regularly
· Misaligned lens assembly · Install lens assembly properly
A single tri color LED
does not illuminate
· Faulty LED · Replace the LED board
· Faulty LED board · Replace the LED board
A group of tri-color LEDs
does not illuminate
· Faulty LED · Replace the LED board

None of the LEDs are
