LIMITED WARRANTY
DESA Specialty Products™ warrants model number 10401 Hammer Tacker
for a period of 90 days from date of purchase against original defects in ma-
terials or workmanship. If this product fails to perform for either of those rea-
sons, DESA Specialty Products™will replace the tool, at DESA Specialty Prod-
ucts’™ option, with an equivalent product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state or province to province.
To obtain the benefits of the warranty, contact DESA Specialty Products™ Tech-
nical Services Department at the address or number listed below. The bill of
sales or proof of purchase must be presented at the time a claim is made.
