4. Install the spring guide (16) and seat it against the
needle. Loosely thread both setscrews (17) into
the spring guide, then alte rnately and evenly tighten
the setscrews to 10--15 in-lb (1.1--1.6 N.m). Fill
the setscrew cavities with petroleum jelly.

until fully seated. Tighten the setscrew (15) to
