Ball Valve
To assemble the sandblaster:
1. Install the wheels, handles, and leg to the tank
with the screws, washers, nuts, and cotter
pins as shown in Figure 1.

2. Seal all pipe threads with Teflon tape, and
assemble and install one of the four ball
valves to the bottom of the tank with two

⁄8"
nipples, and the sand out
let elbow as shown
in Figure 2.
3. Assemble one of the remaining three ball
valves with a
3
⁄8" hose nipple, and the nozzle
arbor as shown in Figure 3.
4. Install one of four sand blasting nozzles into
the nozzle arbor as shown in Figure 3.
5. With the two hose clamps, secure the
sandblaster hose to the sand outlet elbow and
the sand blaster nozzle assembly
as shown in
Figure 4.
