Appendix B:
Intermix Testing
When FCAW-S is intermixed with welds made
by processes other than FCAW-S, the intermixed
zone must be tested in accordance with Annex B
of AWS D1.8. This testing can be performed by the
filler metal manufacturer, the customer, or by a
third party. The results for intermixed weld metal
tested by Lincoln Electric are listed as follows:
