Do not use the charger if the power plug is damaged or the plug is not
completely connected to the outlet, otherwise it may cause a short
circuit, fire or electric shock.
Disconnect the power plug from the outlet when not charging.
Make sure to hold the plug when removing the power plug from the
outlet. Do not bend the cord excessively or put heavy object on it. It may
cause power plug damage, electric shock, overheating or fire.
If something appears to be wrong with the charger, disconnect the
power plug from the outlet and consult your nearest service center.
Do not use or keep the charger in places of high heat that is directly
exposed to sunlight or near the heat sources. It may cause battery
leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.
Do not attempt to charge continuously for more than 2 days (48 hours).
It may cause the batteries to leak, overheat or explode.
Be sure to charge batteries within the temperature range of 0°C -
40°C/32°F - 104°F, otherwise it may cause batteries to leak, overheat or
explode.
Do not put anything heavy on the charger or leave it in an unstable
position or in a humid place. It may cause overheating, fire, leakage,
explosion and injury.
CAUTION
Disconnect the
power plug
from the outlet.
Persons who use BU-300E
When using in a foreign country, use a power plug that is compatible with the
shape of the power outlet.
Persons who use BU-300U
Since the charger of an Olympus CAMEDIA digital camera is directly connected
to the power outlet, so it cannot be used in areas where different shapes of plugs
are generally used.
Disconnect the
power plug
from the outlet.
