If a problem occurs ...
You hear the sound only with one ear
The sound of your sound source is hardly intelligible
Does the receiver’s
Sennheiser logo face
the transmitter?
Wear the receiver the right way
round, with the Sennheiser logo
facing the transmitter.
Is the volume of the
sound source suffi-
cient?
Set the volume on your sound
source to a medium value.
Is the volume of the
receiver sufficient?
Increase the volume by turning the
volume control
1 on the receiver
(see page 13).
Is the rechargeable
battery inserted
properly into the
receiver and fully
charged?
Remove the rechargeable battery
and reinsert it into the receiver.
If this doesn’t help: recharge the
rechargeable battery
(see page 17).
