Cobalt
Applications: Designed for
heavy-duty drilling in hardened
stainless steels, cast iron and
titanium. Available in jobber length.
• Cobalt formulation provides
overall bit hardness of 66-68 HRC
for penetration of very tough,
abrasive materials.
• Able to withstand very high
temperature drilling applications
for extended periods of time.
• Under high drilling temperatures,
bits stay sharper longer than
standard HSS.
• Thicker web increases rigidity
in hard materials.

Titanium coating
Applications: Designed for
repetitive heavy-duty drilling in
common stainless steels, carbon
and alloy steels, aluminum, soft
case iron, wood, wood composites
and plastic. Available in jobber
length with 3/8" reduced shank.
• Dramatically reduces heat
and friction between bit and
workpiece, making bits last up to
6X longer than standard HSS bits.
• Allows faster drilling speeds.
• Surface hardness in excess of
80 HRC to penetrate tough
materials, including common
stainless steels.
