RapidFeed™ Spade Bit Sets
Bosch RapidFeed™ spade bits cut 3X faster than standard spade bits thanks
to the innovative RapidFeed™ tip. This tip is threaded like a wood screw and
literally pulls the bit through the wood for fast cutting action. The pulling action
of the RapidFeed™ tip means less pressure is required behind the bit making
overhead applications easy on the arms.
• Aggressive cutting edges are specially designed with an increased angle to
cut at the rapid speed the bit is being pulled through the wood resulting in a
clean, fast cut
• Cutting spurs on the edge of the bit score the outer edge of the hole before
the cutting edge removes the material. The result is a cleaner, smoother hole
with reduced splintering and less breakout at the back of the material
• Great for plumbers, electricians and HVAC contractors. Use in materials
including hardwoods, composites, treated lumber, railroad ties and other
wood products
• All 6" spade bits have 1/4" hex shank
NOTE: Drill bits (or extension + drill bit) in excess of 8" should never exceed 600 RPM.
