7. Press one of the Start buttons to resume printing. If you still see a paper jam message, continue
with these steps.
8. Turn off the product and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
9. Close the output tray.
10. Pull out the paper cassette.
11. Carefully turn the product over onto the side and remove any jammed paper beneath.
12. Place the product back on its base, then replace the paper cassette.
13. Plug the product back into the electrical outlet, then turn it on.
